Small enough to care.
Robert J. Bob graduated with honors from Polk State College and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in citrus business from Florida Southern College, graduating magna cum laude. He received the John J. Brennan Award and the S.L. Frisbee Awards in 1983 and 1984, respectively, while at Florida Southern. During the initial years of practice Bob provided support in all areas of the firm’s practice including civil litigation, family law, estate planning, probate and trust administration. Joe Sharit’s retirement at the end of 1993 created a specific need in the transactional areas of real estate, lending and commercial and business law to which Bob was drawn. Those areas have been the primary focus of his practice ever since and he has represented buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders in complex real estate, loan and business transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses.
Bob is a member of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and General Practice Section.
